Let’s try something new!
This project is a hunting knife with one special feature, a “Hamon” line. Similar to a Japanese Katana sword, this knife was differentially hardened so the cutting edge is hard but the spine of the blade is left soft. The intersection of these two areas is left with a ghostly line where the steel transitions between hard and soft. Check it out!
