Kitchen Knife

In the kitchen or out on the grill this knife will cut thru it all. This blade is made from 80CRV2 high carbon steel. Stock removal, shaping, sanding, etching, stabilized wood handle, and sharpening are the steps that go into making this beauty! To finish it off, we built a single knife butcher block with forged hardware.
